* Provide friendly, efficient service to all guests
* Serve food and beverages with enthusiasm
* Operate tills and handle payments accurately
* Manage queues and maintain clean, well-stocked kiosks
* Upsell products and ensure every guest has an amazing experience



🔸 What We’re Looking For

* Aged 18+ and confident handling alcohol
* Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
* Positive, energetic, and confident in busy environments
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Calm under pressure and proactive when things get busy
* Comfortable standing and walking for long periods

⏰ Working Hours

This is a zero-hour contract. While this role is based at Burnley FC, Constellation optimises schedules across over 5,000 venues nationwide, so you’ll have the flexibility to pick up shifts that suit you.
