A well-established and ambitious building services contractor is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Contracts Manager (MEP) to take a leading role within the business.
This is a senior-level appointment offering genuine authority, autonomy and strategic input across a portfolio of high-value projects.
Led by a leadership team with over 100 years’ combined experience across the mechanical, electrical and construction sectors, the company has built a strong reputation delivering residential, commercial and civic developments through a fully integrated, turn-key model. Projects span new build schemes, commercial developments, student accommodation, office fit-outs, plant installations, renewable energy systems and specialist MEP packages.
With a growing pipeline of work across London and the South East, the business is looking to appoint a Contracts Manager capable of operating at a high level both commercially and operationally.
The Opportunity
As Contracts Manager, you will:

Lead multiple high-value MEP contracts across London & the South East
*
Take full commercial and contractual responsibility for projects
*
Provide input during pre-construction, planning and programme strategy
*
Influence procurement and subcontractor frameworks
*
Act as senior point of contact for key clients
*
Mentor and support Project Managers and site teams
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will have meaningful influence over project performance, financial outcomes and operational standards.
What We are Looking For

Proven experience as an MEP Contracts Manager delivering complex projects

Strong track record managing projects in the £5m–£20m MEP range
*
Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge
*
Strong leadership capability across multiple project teams

Ability to operate strategically while maintaining delivery focus
