Tendering Support Team Leader – Water
who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”. As the Tendering Support Team Leader – Water your key responsibilities are Supervision of the Tendering Support Team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring work is carried out to required standards within timescales Devise and implement new working processes and procedures as required. Review current processes to ensure these are fit for purpose and meet customer experience requirements Investigate water and waste network capacities for new developments. Process and review reports from incumbents to ensure the information is accurate and consistent Manage relationships with incumbents to ensure ease of working About you Grade C or above in English and Math GCSE or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to use Microsoft Office programmes or equivalent Knowledge and/or experience in the utility industry desirable What can you expect from us At least the cost of living pay increase every year Company pension contributions up to 10% if employees contribute 5% 33 days holiday including bank holidays with the ability to purchase an additional 2 weeks Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay To say thank you, each time you successfully refer someone you will receive a referral payment of £1000 (net of tax) Hybrid working for eligible roles Development opportunities to reach your career aspirations BUUK has an award-winning culture.
