An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in the heart of Truro.

The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Transfers of equity
* Re-mortgages
* New build transactions
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
* Drafting and reviewing contracts and associated documentation
* Handling enquiries and progressing matters efficiently
* Maintaining high standards of client care throughout
There will also be an element of staff supervision and support, working closely with a collaborative and experienced team.
About You
* Experienced in managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
* Confident handling transactions from start to finish
* Strong communication and client care skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
* A team player who enjoys working in a supportive, close-knit environment
* Comfortable providing guidance or supervision to junior staff where required
