What's the role?

Are you a dynamic and versatile Sales Account Manager with the proven ability to nurture strong relationships and influence positive outcomes? As a Sales Account Manager, you will be the face of Hilti, the very foundation of our business and direct sales model, and part of our community of 350+ Account Managers in Great Britain alone. This field‑based role is all about having meaningful interactions with customers and taking a consultative approach to support them in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability.

You don’t need construction industry experience to apply. We’re looking for someone who is collaborative, curious, driven, and passionate about delivering results and great customer experiences. Our training will cover the rest! You would be ideally suited to this role if you have customer‑facing experience in any industry and a solution‑oriented approach.


What You'll do

* You will be out and about in your designated region meeting your customers to understand their needs, before providing them with tailor‑made solutions.
* In addition to demonstrating our innovative products and state‑of‑the‑art software, you will develop ‘focus’ customers by building relationships and uncovering new business leads.
* You will be responsible for the operational, organisational and strategic account management of your sales area, fully utilising the best‑in‑class Salesforce CRM system.


What You’ll Bring

* Full, manual UK driving licence and willingness to travel; site visits to engage with customers Monday to Friday.
* Evidence of eligibility to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
* Proven Sales Account Manager or other sales experience, gained in any industry.
* Experience in an Engineering, Construction or Technical background is a plus.
* Solution‑oriented approach, with the ability to uncover customer pain points and needs to provide our best‑suited solutions.
* Shared values – commitment, teamwork, courage and integrity.
* Resilience and adaptability – comfortable meeting all levels of customers from a Site Operator to Managing Director.
* Drive, curiosity and a motivated approach to achieve success and overcome challenges, with a passion to learn, develop and grow.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously to manage time and priorities.
