The Role:
Lead a 22+ strong admin team via team leads and supervisors
Support service delivery aligned to NHS/ICB requirements
Drive admin workflow efficiencies and compliance
Manage scheduling, onboarding, and clinician rota support
Use data to identify performance risks and deliver improvements
About You:
Experienced in healthcare operations (NHS, private or community)
Knowledgeable on patient pathways and service models
Proven line manager with team leadership experience
Skilled in performance data, reporting, and communication
Experience with SystemOne or surgical workflows (desirable)
