Who are we looking for?

We seek a highly skilled individual to provide operational support by maintaining schedules and rosters, ensuring that our security colleagues meet client expectations and contract requirements, while following Corps Security quality procedures and achieving commercial targets.

You will work 45 hours per week on a 4 on 4 off days rotation, with shifts from 07:00 to 19:00.

What you will need:

* Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory
* Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
* Confidence and ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels
* High competency in creating databases and spreadsheets
* Ability to work to deadlines, multitask, and perform under pressure
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel)
* Ability to achieve vetting to BS7858 standards

What you will do:

* Support scheduling during the shift supervisor’s duties
* Understand functions at client sites, including Security, CCTV, Reception, and Business Support
* Communicate effectively with management and client contacts to ensure service standards
* Maintain staffing levels at all sites, report discrepancies, and support remedial actions
* Act as the main contact for Corps Security officers and staff
* Provide rapid response for emergency cover requests
* Notify officers of their shifts with location and start times
* Handle information confidentially and accurately
* Produce timely information for customers
* Follow up on missed check calls and reverse check calls as needed
* Assist with inquiries from colleagues, departments, and clients
* Coordinate with relevant departments or managers
* Assist with managing site incidents
* Train colleagues on the scheduling system, TrackTik
* Escalate resource concerns to the operations team
