An exciting opportunity has come up for a talented chef ready to take the next step into their first Head Chef role.
This position would suit a strong Sous Chef from a Michelin-starred kitchen, or a Junior Sous Chef from a 2-star background, who is looking for the right platform to step up and grow.
You will be joining a serious food-led restaurant in Ireland, serving a tasting menu only in a 60 to 70 cover setting. The food style is modern British and Irish, with a strong focus on quality ingredients, creativity, and high standards.
Working closely with the Chef Director on a daily basis, this is a brilliant opening for someone who wants to keep learning while taking on more responsibility and building their own reputation.

What you will be doing
1. Leading the kitchen team in the day-to-day running of service
2. Delivering a high-level tasting menu experience
3. Working closely with the Chef Director on menu development and standards
4. Training, supporting, and motivating the team
5. Maintaining consistency, quality, and attention to detail at every stage
6. Helping drive the kitchen forward with creativity and ambition
What we are looking for
7. Experience as a Sous Chef in a Michelin-starred restaurant, or Junior Sous Chef in a 2-star environment
8. A real passion for food, ingredients, and hospitality
9. Strong standards, attention to detail, and a calm approach in service
10. Someone ambitious who is ready for their first Head Chef role
11. A chef who wants to learn, grow, and make their mark
