We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual to support the reception Front of House Service within the Hull and East Riding area, working across multiple Health Centres.
Responsibilities
* Meet and greet patients and visitors at the reception.
* Take phone calls and direct patients to the appropriate clinical teams or appointments.
* Assist in maintaining a busy reception environment and support clinical teams as required.
* Provide flexible coverage for annual leave, sickness and training across the health centres.
Qualifications
* Level 3 in Business Administration, Customer Service or equivalent knowledge and experience.
* Word processing to OCR Level 2 standard or ICDL.
* Prior experience working within an NHS environment is advantageous.
* Strong organisational skills, ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
