Our client based in Bracknell are seeking a strong Administrator to join their busy team supporting all onboarding duties. You will be taking on a varied role managing processes, working alongside documentation, background screening and liaising with contractors.
To be considered for this role you must be a strong communicator with a willingness to learn and be able to prioritise workload accordingly.
Responsibilities
* Chase contractor documentation
* Ensure onboarding timelines are on track
* Managing onboarding communications
* Prepare compliance packs
* Data entry – maintain and update details on the system/database
* Background progress and supporting with escalations
* Action all emails and queries
This is a temporary position with a possibility to become permanent.
