Sales & Client Development with purpose
We're looking for a proactive, results-driven New Business & Partnerships Officer to lead on customer acquisition, build strong client relationships, and promote Social Enterprise Kent's growing range of training and consultancy services. This is a sales-focused role, perfect for someone who enjoys developing new business, hitting targets, and making a positive social impact.
Location: Ashford, Kent (with travel across Kent & Medway)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
Salary: £27,000 base + commission (OTE up to £32,000)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (flexibility required).
