* Build a strong, high-performing global engineering function across hardware, systems and software.

* Lead the shift from projects to products: modular, scalable, commercially successful platforms.
* Fuse physical and digital-USVs, AUVs and data-into assured, outcome-driven solutions.
* Coach leaders and teams; embed creative, data-informed ways of working that win bids and delight customers.
Are you the ideal candidate?
* Qualified engineering leader from marine, defence, robotics or complex industrial tech.
* Systems thinker with hardware/software integration depth and a focused, commercially minded approach.
* Brave communicator and inspired coach; scales multidisciplinary teams globally.
* Fluent in building structure and governance without slowing innovation; agile/product savvy.
* CEng (or equivalent) desirable; exposure to PLM/configuration/digital engineering a plus.
