The Opportunity This opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in strengthening organisational performance through insightful, evidence-based decision-making. You will mine, collect, analyse and interpret organisational data, alongside external insight, to deliver timely, high ‑ value intelligence that drives business improvement and supports leaders and managers in sustaining or enhancing market position and performance. Working collaboratively, you will help develop and implement systems, processes and reporting tools that enhance business intelligence capability. Through structured analysis, you will synthesise internal performance data and external information to build a holistic view of organisational performance, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to inform strategic planning and future direction. About you You are an experienced analyst with strong critical thinking skills, including analysis, evaluation, interpretation and problem ‑ solving, and the ability to transform complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. You communicate confidently and effectively across written, verbal and formal presentation settings, building strong stakeholder relationships at all levels. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within project groups and wider teams, you bring a high level of attention to detail, excellent organisational and time ‑ management skills, and advanced IT literacy, including the MS Office suite and Power BI visualisations. You have experience presenting data through clear reporting and dashboards, and while not essential, project management, report or bid writing skills and knowledge of the education, skills and training sector would be valuable.
