Site assembly and acquisition for development projects, including the use of compulsory purchase.
Assisting with partner procurement processes on major mixed-use projects.
Supporting the provision of strategic advice on delivery structures, including development agreements and joint ventures.
Managing and delivering a portfolio of professional consultancy advice regarding development appraisals, strategic advice, and marketing strategies.
Client and contract management as appropriate.
Advising local authorities, developers, and landowners on affordable housing and S106 viability issues.
Providing training and support to junior team members (national) to pass professional exams and develop skills in this area of work.
Coordinating sub-consultants in providing technical survey and consultancy advice to support residential-led mixed-use projects.
Demonstrating an interest in growing skills in the wider work of the Place Advisory team.
Building your network and profile in your region and the wider market for development, regeneration, and related projects.
MRICS qualified.
Possessing advanced Excel skills (to build valuations, acquisition schedules, and cashflows), along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Fully conversant with Argus Developer and standard valuation software.
Having some experience in valuation, site assembly & CPO, appraisals, negotiations, development/planning viability, feasibility, and relevant data assembly.
Experience in public and private sector regeneration or development consultancy (any property type).
Good time management, research, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrating good relationship-building and influencing skills.
Keen to work with colleagues in the office, in-person meetings, and on-site with clients.
