Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements: Ideally HNC/HND in Engineering or Quality Assurance, or equivalent work experience Practitioner of current QA problem solving and improvement methods (8D, RCA, DMAIC, etc.) High degree of self-motivation, autonomy, and proactive work ability Excellent organization, communication, and social skills Ability to inspire change and work comfortably in a matrix organization Strong analytical skills, including running reports in Excel and using SAP QM Continuous improvement awareness and initiative to deliver improvements Ability to understand and respect cultural differences Responsibilities: Ensure all core Quality Assurance activities are met Review, give, and maintain Project Quality planning documentation Ensure compliance with BMS procedures Act as Key Point of Contact for Design regarding Hardware concerns Serve as External Customer for Product/Hardware Quality issues Manage customer interface for on and off-site Product Acceptance activities Represent Projects at Ops NCRP Level 1 & 2 Act as Key Point of Contact for the Project Quality Assurance Manager Report on any escapes to External Customers Plan and carry out product life cycle reviews and manage actions Lead product non-conformance efforts and facilitate implementation processes Support design and manufacturing defect investigations Provide non-conformance data analysis and summary reports Identify, communicate, and mitigate Quality risks and issues Participate in process improvement and facilitate local flash audits Plan and facilitate quality-focused micro training to improve project team efficiency Support the transfer of technology process Technologies: Excel Hardware Support Matrix SAP SAP QM Network Security More: We are MBDA, a leading defence organization supporting the Armed Forces who protect our nations.
