* Title: Associate Consultant (Graduate)
* Salary Range: £40000-£45000 (dependent on experience)
* Contract Length: 6 months with possibility of Extension

Role Profile:
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our Deloitte Managed Solutions team. You will support our clients with the day-to-day running of end-to-end customer facing operations, providing operations, project management, business analysis and PMO support to help our clients deliver outcomes efficiently and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, a desire to take on responsibility, and the confidence to work independently with multiple stakeholders. Candidates with 2+ years’ relevant experience in Financial Services, Government & Public Services or Energy are encouraged to apply.

* Written & Verbal Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear documentation and present updates and recommendations to a range of stakeholders.
* Operations: Experience working in operational teams (ideally within a target-driven environment) and confident using data/MI to monitor and manage performance, identify issues, and support continuous improvement. Management experience in operations is beneficial but not essential.
* Project Management & Business Analysis: Experience supporting projects or operational initiatives end-to-end, including gathering requirements, structuring work, tracking actions and risks, and reporting progress through to completion. Relevant qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
* Sector & Delivery Experience: 2+ years’ experience working in regulated and/or complex environments such as Financial Services, Government & Public Services, or Energy is desirable. This includes a good understanding of the operational processes and governance typical of these industries.
* Stakeholder Management: Confidence interacting with multiple stakeholders, managing competing requests, and communicating priorities, risks and dependencies effectively to drive collective performance.
* Risk & Controls: Understanding of risk management approaches and common tools such as RAID logs, issue management and control tracking is desirable.
* Documentation & Visualisation: Experience creating high-quality presentations and process maps to support decision-making and operational improvement is desirable.
Applicants will be expected to travel occasionally for client engagements (primarily UK-based), which may include short notice visits aligned to delivery needs. The role also involves spending regular time in our London office to collaborate face-to-face with the wider team and build relationships with key stakeholders.
