We are currently seeking a dedicated Team Secretary to join the Adult Mental Health and Learning Disability Team based at Gransha Park on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. This is a temporary position for a minimum of 3 months, with the potential for extension. The role offers a rate of pay of £12.31 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the team
* Manage diaries, including arranging meetings, appointments, and venues
* Type correspondence, reports, and documents accurately
* Take minutes at meetings and maintain accurate records
* Handle telephone and face-to-face enquiries professionally and confidentially
* Maintain files, databases, and general office systems
What We Need From You
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade A–C) or equivalent, including English Language and Maths
* At least 6 months’ experience in a secretarial or administrative role
* Excellent typing and organisational skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work effectively as part of a busy healthcare team
