As a leader in senior care, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day needs of our residents, ensuring the highest standard of care and maintaining a clean and tidy environment. Pay: £13.83 per hour

Contract: Full-time / Permanent

Shift: Nights

What you will be doing:

* Leading a team of Care Assistants.
* Managing the day-to-day needs of our residents.
* Delivering the highest standard of care.
* Ensuring all areas are kept clean and tidy.
* Supporting family members and visitors.
* Assisting with meals and daily activities.

What you need to succeed:

* At least 2 years’ experience in care delivery or as a Senior Care Assistant.
* Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or willing to sign up for or work towards it).
* Training in medication administration.
* Excellent people and customer service skills.
* Ability to induct and supervise junior staff.
* Time management skills to delegate tasks within a team.
* Good communication skills — verbal (within the team and with external professionals) and written (care plans), including digital skills.
* Caring attitude.
* Flexible and reliable.
