For the expansion of our team, we are seeking to hire in Manchester a dynamic and motivated Logistics Specialist to work 5 to 6 hours per day.
Main responsibilities:
1. Inbound Logistics
* Receive and inspect incoming equipment and spare parts, verifying documentation and logging any damage or discrepancies.
* Register all incoming materials in Oracle and ensure proper tagging and labeling.
2. Warehouse & Inventory Management
* Store materials in designated locations and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
* Ensure proper stock segregation and support reordering by monitoring stock levels.
3. Internal Material Flow
* Pick and deliver parts for repair orders, ensuring FIFO and traceability.
* Track material usage and manage the return and reallocation of unused parts.
4. Outbound Logistics
* Prepare and pack repaired units for shipment, ensuring correct documentation and compliance with transport standards.
* Coordinate with carriers for timely dispatch and resolve any logistics issues.
5. Systems & Compliance
* Record all material movements in Oracle and maintain accurate, auditable records.
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
* Experience in logistics and warehouse management in a similar role.
* Good communication skills in english.
* Microsoft office proficiency.
* ERP/Oracle knowledge are a plus.
