Main Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) to join our growing Residential Property team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, providing exceptional client service while maintaining high professional standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive solicitor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to play a key role in the continued growth and success of the firm.
Responsibilities:
Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions independently from inception to completion.
Handle a range of matters including:
Conduct title investigations and review property searches.
Draft, review and negotiate contracts and related legal documentation.
Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, brokers and other solicitors.
Provide clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including AML and risk management procedures.
Maintain accurate case records and meet all file management standards.
Achieve billing and performance targets as agreed with management.
Support and mentor junior fee earners, trainees and support staff where appropriate.
Contribute to business development activities and help maintain strong client relationships.
