We are looking for experienced Customer Service Agents to help support a leading pensions and investments platform provider in their central Edinburgh offices on a contract basis.
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be:
Working on an Inbound Telephony line, handling general customer service-related enquiries.
Answering queries and providing guidance to customers regarding their online accounts
Updating the customer’s account and system records
We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent with:
Experience of working on an Inbound Telephony line for a Financial Services Company is essential
Previous exposure to call management techniques and working from call guidance required
Good system skills, including accurate recording of the customer call details
Experience of working within a pensions and investment provider would also be beneficial
Ability to commute to Edinburgh for onsite working.
This will be an initial 3-month contract, with a start date expected immediately, but comes with the likely option to extend further for successful candidates.
You will be working Monday-Friday, (37.5 hours per week) on a full-time basis. The city centre offices offer a great location for travel, and provide a modern working environment with onsite refreshments and a supportive training environment.
In return, you will receive a salary of £150 per day, via an umbrella company.
