We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team within Concertus. This role will be responsible for strategic management of projects and portfolios, based in Ipswich.

Some of your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Management of clients and projects from inception to completion.
2. Co-ordinate the tender documentation and produce all relevant notices for the tender process.
3. Review and comment on tender submissions.
4. Provide advice on the economics of design at the early stages of a project.
5. Develop project scopes and objectives, including effective stakeholder engagement to ensure solutions are robust and viable
6. Manage planning applications including ensuring conditions are discharged.
7. Manage the design team, participating in design team meetings, chairing progress meetings, producing agendas and minutes as required.
8. Create and maintain project documentation, including the formation of project plans to track progress and contract administration.
9. Produce and communicate project updates including the Contract Reports, monthly client updates, highlight reports, end of stage reports, cost status reports and the like
10. Ensure that customer requirements are identified and agreed with the client. Collect all feedback information and monitor, particularly conjunction with the SLA and client requirements
11. Carry out professional research projects.
12. Assist in the investigation, reporting and recommending the implementation of new procedures and techniques. Take responsibility for the delivery of an initiative, commission or groups of commissions.
About you:
13. Experience working in the Design, Surveying or Construction Industry.
14. Ideally degree level qualified and professionally accredited or working towards this.
15. Understanding of and interest in Client-Side Construction, Change or Property Management
16. Strong communication and organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
17. JCT and/or NEC contract awareness preferred
18. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including MS Project
