The directorate is looking for experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated nurses eager to pursue their career within Critical Care at The Grange University Hospital at Llanfrechfa, Cwmbran.

Main duties of the job
The post involves acting as an experienced Critical Care practitioner, requiring minimal delegation and supervision.
The post holder will contribute to assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of patient care independently, in line with the NMC Professional Code of Conduct. They will also help ensure the smooth operation of the unit, including taking on additional responsibilities such as developing management and organizational skills, and potentially taking charge of the nursing team within the pods.
Fluency in Welsh is desirable; applications are welcome from both English and Welsh speakers.
