What you'll do in this role

* Own and deliver Unum's end‑to‑end procurement strategy.
* Lead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing procurement team.
* Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships in a regulated aerospace environment.
* Drive cost, quality, delivery, risk, and compliance performance.
* Lead procurement input to new product introduction, programmes, and cross‑functional projects, ensuring milestones are met.
* Support business growth, customer commitments, and operational excellence.


Requirements


🧠What we're looking for

* Senior procurement leadership experience in regulated manufacturing.
* Strong commercial, negotiation, and supplier management capability.
* Deep understanding of quality, compliance, and traceability requirements.
* Experience supporting complex programmes or project‑based delivery.
* Aerospace or complex engineered product experience strongly preferred.✈️
