Salary: Up to £37,000 prorated
Hours: 3 days per week (21 hours)

Your Role
As a Supervising Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting foster parents and ensuring high standards of care. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing direct support to foster parents within a manageable caseload, ensuring a high level of supervision.
* Conducting regular supervision sessions to monitor practices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Collaborating with children, young people, foster parents, and other professionals to facilitate participation in assessments, planning, and decision-making related to safeguarding and child protection.
What We’re Looking For
We seek a qualified and experienced Social Worker who is passionate about fostering and understands the vital role of foster parents. Key qualifications include:
* A Social Care England recognized qualification in Social Work or equivalent.
* Experience in children and families social work.
* A desire to work within a therapeutic model of child care.
* A solid understanding of relevant legislation and publications related to children's services.
* A full driving license with unrestricted access to your own car.
