Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Reigate, Surrey (Office-based)
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 base + realistic OTE of £40,000 – £45,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Join a high-growth company in Reigate that's making waves in the eLearning and compliance space. We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to strengthen their dynamic sales team. If you’re passionate about consultative B2B selling and building lasting client relationships, this is a great opportunity to take your sales career to the next level.

This role focuses on converting warm, inbound leads into long-term customers. You'll play a key role in the early and mid-stages of the sales cycle—from qualifying prospects and delivering product demos to closing deals and supporting ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Qualify inbound leads through discovery calls and tailored follow-ups

* Deliver engaging product demonstrations and guide prospects through the sales funnel

* Manage and update your sales pipeline using CRM tools such as HubSpot

* Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across diverse industries

* Understand client pain points and recommend suitable eLearning/compliance solutions

* Identify upselling and account expansion opportunities

* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on outbound campaigns and strategies

* Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to support ongoing improvements

About You:

* 1–2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role

* Strong communication skills—both written and verbal

* A consultative sales style with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly

* Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce) is an advantage

* Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
