Multi Skilled Operative
Pay Rate - Up to£21 per hour (CIS / Umbrella)
Start Date - 08/09/25
13 week probationary period - If successful paye contract offered (Rate - Dependant on performance)
2 week work in Dumfries before moving to multiple sites across Edinburgh with work guaranteed until Christmas, there will be the possibility with on going or permanent work in the new year.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property maintenance and will be competent with joinery and decorating skills. You will need to be well presented with a friendly and courteous manner. Must have a good work ethic and be willing to carry out all maintenance tasks
We would expect the candidate to be able to perform general maintenance and multi trade works with a variety of tasks relating to general maintenance and refurbishment works
