Office Administrator required in Reading area for a Domiciliary Care agency

Duties -
* Manage incoming calls and emails
* Ensure Care Plans are reviewed regularly
* Update staff and service user records accurately using Microsoft Excel and our databases
* Have a can do attitude and spread positivity across the team
* Assist with getting background checks and updating rotas on our systems
* Order company supplies such as stationary
* Admin duties such as filing, scanning and archiving
* Be able to manage challenging situations in a calm manner and lead by example
Skills Needed for this Job Role -
* Strong on Microsoft Excel and Word skills
* Strong Emailing skills and great telephone manner
* Experience within an administration support role
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
* Can do attitude and team player
* At least one year of Administration experience is required
* Experience within the care / health sector would be an advantage but is not essential for the right candidate
