Main Duties Managing the candidate process from initial inquiry through to placementManaging temporary and contract staffMeeting with various clients in order to become a recruitment partner of choiceProactively sourcing new potential opportunitiesAchieve monthly/weekly KPIsMaintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needsEnsuring your client's recruitment needs are being facilitated in the best possible waysKeeping up to date with current market trends within the recruitment industryManage advertisingA proven track record in leading end to end recruitment cyclesExperience in working in a compliance heavy roleHave an understanding of the recruitment industry, particularly in temporary staffing.Working with high volume workloadsWorking with tight deadlinesExcellent communication skills the ability to deal with clients at all levelsThe ability to work under pressureBeing able to 24/7 on emergency call for the divisionManage and maintain an accurate client and employee database Qualification's Skills and Experience Good levels of educationComputer literateExcellent marketing skillsPrevious experience of managing a recruitment deskExperience in managing staffExcellent communication skills and the ability to sell concepts and ideasMust have clean driving licence and access to own vehicle We will try to respond to reply to all applications.
