Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as
Audience Engagement Officers
on a casual basis.
This role operates across a 7-day roster and includes weekday, evening, and weekend shifts.
As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming environment, and ensuring the smooth delivery of events and programs. Duties include ticketing, ushering, providing venue information, assisting patrons, overseeing the cleanliness and functionality of the centre and supporting the wider team in delivering high-quality audience experiences.
About You
This position is ideally suited to individuals with strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work flexibly in a dynamic cultural environment.
Experience in customer service, events, or hospitality is desirable, along with a genuine passion for the arts and community engagement.
All successful candidates will be required to obtain a National Police Check as part of the recruitment process and may be required to undergo a pre-employment medical check.
