Training Coordinator - Liverpool City Centre - Permanent - up to £34k - Hybrid Working
A well established organisation within the financial services industry, based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre, in beautiful modern offices have a exciting opportunity for an experienced Training Coordinator to join them. The Training Coordinator is key to building the capability, confidence, and performance of their people. This is a forward-thinking role that combines engaging training delivery with digital learning design, data-led insight, and continuous improvement.
You’ll play a central role in supporting both their current operations and future transformation, driving operational excellence and first-time-right outcomes across products, systems, processes, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Outstanding Onboarding
* Lead engaging inductions for new starters
* Deliver training on core systems, products, and processes
* Ensure on-boarding is consistent, structured, and role-aligned
Design Modern Digital Learning
* Create high-quality digital content (videos, guides, assessments, scenario-based learning)
* Lead and enhance Copilot training to support AI-enabled ways of working
* Keep all training materials accurate, accessible, and up to date
Drive Quality & Continuous Improvement
* Use QA trends and operational data to identify skills gaps
* Partner with managers to reduce repeat errors and improve performance
* Embed best practice into training to support first-time-right delivery
Support Change & Transformation
* Translate system updates and regulatory changes into clear, practical training
* Work with IT and Business Analysts to support UAT and new functionality rollouts
Build Strong Relationships
* Collaborate with managers, SMEs, and external partners to ensure training adds real business value
What We’re Looking For
* Strong understanding of financial products and operational processes
* Able to simplify complex information and deliver engaging training
* Experience creating digital learning content (PowerPoint, video, SharePoint, Forms, etc.)
* Data-driven, able to spot trends and improve performance
* Strong communicator, comfortable training individuals and groups
