Start: ASAP Duration: 12 months initially Basic Rate: £14.77 per hour Your New Role: In this role, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our contact centre operations. You will be: • Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email • Managing escalated queries with professionalism, empathy, and sound decision-making • Identifying and supporting vulnerable customers with care and patience • Working collaboratively with colleagues to resolve issues at the first point of contact where possible • Maintaining a customer first approach while meeting operational targets • Ensuring all interactions are compliant with FCA requirements, internal policies, and regulatory standards What You’ll Need to Succeed: • Have experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment (financial services preferred but not essential) • Stay calm and resilient under pressure • Are flexible and adaptable, happy to support where needed most • Communicate clearly and confidently with customers and colleagues • Enjoy working as part of a collaborative, team-oriented culture • Are motivated by helping customers and delivering the best possible service and outcomes Compliance & Integrity You’ll work to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with: • FCA regulations • Data Protection (DPA) • Anti Money Laundering • SAF, ECCD, Code of Conduct • Anti Bribery and Corruption policies Full training will be provided.
