Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants to deliver excellent customer service.
* Ensure operational standards are consistently maintained.
* Drive sales and achieve store targets.
* Manage recruitment, training, and development of the store team.
* Ensure compliance with airport security and operational protocols.
Candidate Profile
* Background in fashion retail is preferred, but candidates from beauty, accessories, or hospitality with airport experience are welcome.
* Understanding of the airport retail environment and customer expectations is essential.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
