Outbound Warehouse Operative in Grangemouth
Pay Rate: 15.85 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days including 1 in 4 weekends. Flexibility required between 6:00am - 8:00pm.
Main Responsibilities
* Pick, stage, and load finished goods accurately.
* Complete stock movements and warehouse system transactions.
* Support loading/unloading operations safely and efficiently.
* Follow SOPs, FIFO principles, GMP, and food safety standards.
* Maintain high housekeeping and hygiene standards.
* Carry out equipment checks and report hazards or incidents.
* Support stock counts and general warehouse operations.
Requirements
* Essential: Forklift B1 Counterbalance licence.
* Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
* Good attention to detail and communication skills.
* Ability to work safely and as part of a team.
* Full driving licence and own transport required.
