Senior Operations Lead – Account Management, Food Delivery Performance & Growth


Location: Hybrid – Central London HQ

Contract: Full-time

Reports to: Director of Operations


Lean Kitchen Network is a venture builder behind some of the UK’s most commercially successful and culturally relevant food brands. We take ideas people obsess over and turn them into brands that perform at scale.


We push flavour, challenge outdated restaurant models, and engineer growth through ruthless operational execution.


We partner with global names like Doritos, Heinz and PepsiCo and run brands across delivery, retail, travel hubs and hospitality. Our brands now operate in 300+ kitchens across the UK and are scaling fast.


You will run Account Management and Partner Training and own performance across hundreds of licensed kitchens. You will build the systems and teams that turn good brands into scalable machines including: sales, uptime, quality, execution and growth. This is a high-impact role that blends commercial performance, digital-first delivery expertise, operational excellence, and deep data literacy.


Role Overview

You will lead the Account Management and Partner Training teams, owning commercial performance and operational standards across our licensed partner network. You will build the systems, playbooks and accountability structures that make our brands scale reliably.


This is a high-accountability role. You will own performance, build systems and drive results.

What You’ll Do


Lead the Account Management Function

* Build, manage and develop a high-performing team.
* Set and own targets across GSV, uptime, quality and partner performance.
* Create a culture of commercial ownership and operational discipline.


Own Partner Performance and Growth

* Full ownership of commercial KPIs: GSV, uptime, menu execution, promo impact, conversion and delivery metrics.
* Use dashboards and quantitative analysis to identify problems and drive solutions.
* Drive growth through menu optimisation, platform levers, promotions and operational improvement.


Scale the Licensed Partner Network

* Own partner onboarding, training and ramp-up.
* Work with Expansion on new partner launches.
* Use performance data to guide partner selection and brand fit.


Build Systems, Processes and Playbooks

* Create SOPs, toolkits and operational frameworks that scale to 300+ sites.
* Continuously improve workflows using data and performance logic.
* Build repeatable systems for performance tracking and partner communication.


Lead Cross-Functional Delivery

* Represent partner and operational needs across Culinary, Brand, Marketing, Tech and Expansion.
* Support menu launches, brand rollouts and marketing activations.
* Ensure every rollout is operationally viable and commercially strong.


Skills and Competencies


Operational Expertise

* Deep understanding of kitchen operations, QSR, delivery, franchising or multi-site hospitality.


Data and Performance

* Strong with dashboards, metrics and quantitative analysis.
* Able to turn complex data into clear commercial action.


Systems and Tools

* Advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
* Strong CRM knowledge (HubSpot).
* Comfortable with workflow and project management tools.


Commercial and Leadership Strength

* Proven record of driving revenue and improving performance.
* Clear, direct communicator and strong relationship-builder.
* Highly organised, structured and reliable.


Experience Required

* 5+ years in operations, account management, franchising or multi-site hospitality.
* Direct ownership of commercial KPIs: GSV, conversion, promo ROI, uptime, delivery metrics.
* Experience managing multi-site or franchise-style networks.
* Strong data capability and process-building experience.
