G2's client has multiple roles available for High voltage Jointers and Supervisors to work on an offshore wind farm in the UK. You will be supporting the installation and termination of 66 kV offshore array cables on a major offshore wind project. The HV jointers will be responsible for completing cable joints and terminations to high technical standards under offshore conditions. Supervisors will coordinate and oversee HV jointing teams onboard installation vessels, ensuring compliance with client quality and safety procedures.

Start: February 2026 (Interviews before Christmas 2025)
Duration: Minimum 6 month contract with extension potential
Rate: HV Jointers = €600+ p/d, HV Supervisors = €700+ p/d
Location: Offshore (UK Sector - upcoming wind farm project)
Positions: HV Jointers (15x) HV Supervisors (2x)
Rotation / Schedule:
* 14 days on / 14 days off rotation
* Approx. 36 personnel per rotation – continuity throughout the campaign
Responsibilities
HV Jointers:
* Perform 66 kV offshore cable jointing and terminations
* Work on a range of connection systems (Nexons and Pfisterer)
* Ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards (BS, IEC, DNV)
* Support testing, inspections, and documentation of cable systems
HV Supervisors:
* Lead and supervise HV jointing teams on board the vessel
* Ensure work is completed to specification, quality, and safety standards
* Coordinate with installation, QA/QC, and client reps offshore
* Report progress and manage daily work permits
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ offshore experience within cable jointing or supervision
* Proven experience in 66 kV jointing and terminations offshore
* Familiarity with Nexons and Pfisterer connection systems (preferred)
* Valid GWO certifications and offshore medical
* Strong B1 English proficiency (spoken & written)
* Right to work in the UK or EU (no sponsorship provided)
* Own Ltd company or freelance setup with insurance
