The Role You will work within a specialist private client team, providing high-quality legal advice and support to clients. The role involves managing a caseload of wills, trusts and tax planning matters, contributing to the delivery of tailored solutions for both individuals and families. Key Responsibilities: Advising clients on inheritance and capital gains tax matters Drafting and reviewing wills and trust documentation Assisting with the creation and management of tax-efficient structures Supporting wealth preservation and family succession planning Collaborating with colleagues to deliver client-focused solutions Maintaining accurate client records and documentation About you You will be a proactive and technically competent private client professional with experience in wills, trusts and tax planning.
