Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Dyfed Powys Police as a Senior Manager in Learning and Development within People and Organisation Development.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the delivery of learning and development activities, ensuring quality training to meet Force needs.
Develop, deliver, and commission training interventions, ensuring good practice and value for money.
Maintain and report on the departmental ‘Costed Training Plan’ within budget and procurement rules.
Develop partnerships with universities, colleges, and academic providers for entry routes and apprenticeships.
