Location: Coalville
Salary: Up to £15.00 per hour (including shift premium)
Hours: 38.75 hours per week
Late Shift:
* Monday to Wednesday: 14:15 – 00:30
* Thursday: 14:15 – 00:15
About the Role
Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturing business, currently looking to recruit an experienced Press Brake Setter/Operator to join their Fabrication Shop based in Coalville.
This is a full-time, permanent role offering stable hours, modern equipment, and long-term opportunities within a supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Setting and operating Amada press brakes
* Working from engineering drawings and job specifications
* Producing components to required quality and accuracy standards
* Operating CNC plasma machinery where required
* Carrying out basic machine checks and adjustments
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised fabrication area
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Press Brake Setter/Operator
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* Previous experience within a fabrication or manufacturing environment
* Commitment to high health & safety standards
