Marketing Executive – Events | £30,000 + 4k Bonus | Guildford (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a highly organised and personable Marketing Executive to join a dynamic marketing team based in central Guildford. You’ll play a key role across a portfolio of leading events in the animal health space, including equine, pet, and aquatic sectors. This role focuses on process and stakeholder communication, acting as the bridge between external partners and the internal marketing function. You’ll help ensure campaigns run smoothly and information is managed with precision.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing exhibitor deliverables and reporting
* Updating and maintaining event websites
* Handling event admin and attending live shows
* Creating and distributing weekly newsletters
* Managing exhibitor onboarding, ambassadors, and partners
* Reconciling marketing activity with sales and business teams
* Building and executing prospect and nurture campaigns for both B2C visitors and B2B delegates
What You’ll Bring:
* Experience in events marketing (essential)
* Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and paid social campaign (PPC) management and organic
* Confident use of Canva for content creation
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude
* Clear written and verbal communication
* Ability to work independently and within a team
Location & Package:
* Guildford Office – 3 days in office / 2 days Working From Home
