Christmas Customer Assistant - Food - Blandford Forum Foodhall at Marks & Spencer. You will be a brand ambassador who delivers high-quality products, great value offers, and excellent customer service while sharing knowledge of M&S Food products with customers.
Work pattern
* Thursday 18:00-22:00
* Friday 18:00-22:00
* Saturday 18:00-22:00
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full time during the weeks commencing 14th and 21st December.
Responsibilities
* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
* Keep the store clean and tidy and ensure shelves are stocked.
* Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities.
* Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations, and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit.
* Build expert product knowledge to promote our products and services.
* Utilise digital tools and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.
* Work as part of a team to create an inclusive store environment and support colleagues and the local community.
* Be flexible to work across different areas of the store as required.
