This inclusive and well-resourced SEN school supports pupils with a range of needs including autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and moderate learning difficulties (MLD). You will work alongside qualified staff, therapists, and experienced teaching assistants to deliver creative, student-led lessons.
You’ll play a key part in providing meaningful, personalised education that enables every child to thrive — academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver individualised lessons and targeted support tailored to EHCPs and learning plans
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, support staff and parents to ensure holistic development
• Foster a nurturing, structured classroom environment where children feel safe and empowered
• Contribute to behaviour strategies, progress tracking, and learning assessments
We want to hear from you if you:
• Have experience in a school or SEN setting (e.g., TA, LSA, HLTA)
• Are confident supporting children with additional needs
• Are resilient, adaptable, and passionate about inclusive education
• Have strong communication skills and can work well within a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
