Strong understanding of data ingestion, analytics, visualization, access control, and environments. Proficient in programming languages such as Python and R. Familiarity with SQL-based querying and data transformation. Experience with dashboarding and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Apache Superset. Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong collaborative skills and ability to work closely with developers and data engineers. Ability to define project scopes, success criteria, and value propositions for POC. Experience in shaping technical paths for project progression from POC to MVP. Responsibilities: Act as a hands-on platform specialist across our secure, cloud-based data and analytics platform. Contribute directly to build, configuration, and implementation alongside developers and data engineers. Support the definition of the POC scope, success criteria, and value proposition. Shape the technical path from POC to MVP, considering scalability, security, governance, and reuse. Contribute to analytics and insight generation over identity, access, and entitlement-related datasets. Provide pragmatic technical input across data ingestion, analytics, visualization, access control, and environments. Work closely with delivery leadership to identify risks and maintain delivery momentum. Ensure that decisions, progress, and artefacts are shared and transparent. Explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Enable teams to deliver independently over time.
