A detail-focused Payroll Analyst to deliver accurate payroll reporting, tax analysis, reconciliations, and statutory compliance in line with UK legislation.
Essential qualifications:
* Proven experience in a Payroll Analyst (or similar) role
* Strong knowledge of UK payroll, tax, and pension legislation
* Advanced Excel skills
* Experience with Payroll systems
* Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail and sound judgement
