Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant - Complex Needs & Autism - September Start Location: North West London Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full-Time | Temporary to Permanent Opportunity Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Tradewind Recruitment is seeking dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join a highly supportive specialist school in North West London from September. This rewarding role involves supporting children and young people with a range of complex special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), moderate to severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), speech and language needs, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and complex medical needs. We are looking for compassionate, resilient, and proactive individuals who have a genuine passion for helping pupils develop independence, communication skills, and confidence within a specialist educational environment.
