Care 2 U is seeking compassionate and experienced Social Care Workers to join their community care team. Role Overview
As a Social Care Worker, you will support vulnerable adults in their daily lives, helping them maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide person-centred care including washing, dressing, meal prep, and mobility support
* Support individuals with learning disabilities, mental health issues, autism, and dementia
* Escort service users to appointments and social engagements
* Work on a flexible rota across weekdays, evenings, and weekends
* Promote independence and well-being through tailored support plans

Qualifications and Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare or social care
* Strong communication and empathy skills
* Valid driver’s licence and access to own vehicle (essential)
* Experience with autism, learning disabilities, or dementia (preferred)
* Commitment to training and continuous development
* For overseas applicants:
o Must be at least 27 years old (UK insurance requirement)
o Proof of 2 years’ driving experience
o Ability to obtain a vehicle within 3 weeks of arrival
