Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role requires effective leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage a diverse team while ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Duties
* Supervise and coordinate activities of staff engaged in food preparation, cooking, serving, and cleaning.
* Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained throughout the restaurant.
* Manage inventory levels and oversee food production to ensure quality and consistency.
* Train and mentor staff in culinary techniques and customer service best practices.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menu items that reflect current trends.
* Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
* Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale.
Experience
* Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
* Supervising experience with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team effectively.
* Familiarity with barista duties or hotel restaurant operations is an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
