About the role As part of our bank (casual) team, you’ll step in to support our youth clubs when needed—bringing energy, creativity and positivity to every session. You’ll help deliver fun, engaging activities in a safe and supportive environment, ensuring every young person feels welcome, respected and heard. No two sessions are the same—one evening you could be leading games or creative activities, the next supporting group discussions or mentoring young people. What you'll be doing Supporting the delivery of engaging and meaningful evening youth sessions Building positive relationships with young people, encouraging their participation Helping create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment Supporting planned activities—or bringing your own ideas to life Working flexibly with the wider team to meet the needs of the service Promoting respect, equality and positive behaviour at all times What we're looking for We’re looking for someone who: Are enthusiastic, reliable and flexible Have a passion for supporting young people Can connect easily and communicate with a range of individuals Are team players who can also use their initiative Understand the importance of safeguarding and wellbeing Experience in youth work is great, but your enthusiasm, energy, and commitment are what really matter most.
