* Produce and monitor periodic reports of key performance indicators (KPIs) for relevant parts of the program.
* Work closely with functional partners—operations, technology, client service, implementations—to ensure new product functionalities are delivered according to specified business requirements, covering design, build, testing, launch, and post-implementation activities.
* Manage day-to-day priorities related to the products by collaborating with functional partners and providing expert support across front, middle, and back offices.
* Coordinate and communicate with global counterparts on projects and share best practices.
* Identify and understand risk attributes associated with the product portfolio and client segments utilizing these products.
* Ensure all activities, including client onboarding, operational processes, legal, compliance, accounting, and tax, have appropriate controls in place.

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical, operational, or regulatory information into clear messages for partners, senior management, and clients.
* Proven data and analytical skills, with experience working with large datasets and modeling.
* Highly organized and self-motivated, with a bias for action.
* Understanding and adherence to robust risk and control frameworks.
