Our client are a leading high-end residential painting contractor renowned for delivering exceptional finishes across luxury homes and super prime developments in West London. As their business continues to grow, they’re seeking a dynamic and client-focused Customer Care Project Manager to join their team.
The Role
This is a client-facing, site-based role that blends project coordination with quality assurance and customer service. You’ll be the key liaison between our clients and painting teams, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct regular site visits across multiple residential projects in West London
* Build strong relationships with homeowners, developers, and site managers
* Communicate client feedback and scope changes to painting teams clearly and promptly
* Monitor progress and ensure works meet our premium quality standards
* Identify and resolve snags or defects swiftly and professionally
* Maintain detailed project notes and client communications
* Support scheduling and resource planning with the operations team
* Represent the brand with professionalism, discretion, and a keen eye for detail
About You
* Previous experience in customer care, site coordination, or project management within residential construction or finishing trades
* Confident communicator with a calm, solutions-focused approach
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* A genuine passion for craftsmanship and client satisfaction
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across West London
